Ronni Lamont, Editor of this site, is available to run training sessions on the use of assemblies and children's spirituality, covering areas such as story telling, structuring assemblies, integrating into the curriculum, use of drama, etc., and Godly Play for RE.
Formerly a teacher of science, and then dance, Ronni was in parish ministry for 16 years. Books co-written with husband Gordon include Children Aloud (Church House Publishing, 1997), Work–Life Balance (Sheldon Press, 2001) and Move Yourselves (Bible Society, 1983).
Newer titles published are Understanding Children Understanding God (SPCK, 2007), The God Who Leads Us On (SPCK, 2008), More Secondary School Assemblies (SPCK, 2009), Leaping the Vicarage Wall (Continuum, 2011) and SEAL Assemblies for Primary Schools (SPCK, 2011).
Ronni writes for ROOTS (which provides learning and worship resources for churches) and occasionally for the Church Times.
Key areas of work include; developing children's spirituality in schools, Spiritual Styles workshops and training in leading Assemblies / Collective worship.
